Fibromes : symptoms and complaints
Problems that lead to consult physician are most often :
- long and heavy periods, with vaginal blood clots discharge ;
- vaginal blood loss all along the cycle, that means between two menstrual period.
Other most common symptoms are :
- urinary troubles if the myoma sit on the anterior wall of the uterus and push on the bladder;
- a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen but no real pain;
- increase of the abdomen volume.
Heavy pain is not related to fibroids so if present should be considered a complication
of type necrosis.
