Insomnia and Covid-19

In the early stages of an epidemic, there is uncertainty about the nature of the disease, its spread, its scope and the severity of its impact. This can lead to risky behaviour and distress reactions.

As (acute) insomnia is one of the most frequently reported symptoms in this type of situation, the team of the Sleep Laboratory and Clinical Chronobiology Unit (U78) of the Brugmann University Hospital, together with its university (ULB/VUB) and international partners, is launching a short survey on insomnia during but also before the lockdown period.

We would be very grateful if you would take some time to complete this questionnaire and pass it on to your friends and relatives : https://vub.fra1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8HcuItBNoj8c9Hn.
